Policies and Procedures

A department policy is a written statement approved by the Department Director, providing direction regarding how the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) manages its programs and activities. The direction may be provided in various forms, from general principles guiding action to specific requirements that employees take or refrain from taking certain actions under described circumstances.
