Department of Environmental Quality Director Steven E. Chester today announced the appointment of twelve new members to the Environmental Advisory Council. The EAC was convened March of 2003 to advise the DEQ on programs, policies, and operations, and provide an opportunity for groups with diverse interests to come together and engage in a discourse regarding environmental issues.
