The Environmental Assistance Bulletin, formerly the ESSD and EAD Bulletin, is an informational newsletter produced and distributed by the Office of Pollution Prevention and Compliance Assistance (OPPCA). This publication is designed to provide readers with an overview of current programs and services available from OPPCA and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. In addition, the Environmental Assistance Bulletin covers timely topics of interest on pollution prevention, recycling, new publications, workshops and training, permitting issues, deadlines for filing applications, organizational changes, and many others.
