In the spring of 1987, staff of the Revolving Loan and Operator Certification Section (RLOCS) began publishing a newsletter, called The Digester, to communicate important information and issues about the State Revolving Fund (SRF). With the inception of the Drinking Water Revolving Fund (DWRF) in 1997, DEQ staff felt the newsletter required a name fitting of both programs, therefore the newsletter's name was officially changed to The Loan Arranger beginning with the Winter 1998 edition.
The newsletter, which is published two times a year, provides informative articles relative to the SRF and DWRF programs. We welcome your feedback and comments on the newsletters and hope that you find them beneficial.
