RECEIVING AUTOMATIC UPDATES AND INFORMATION VIA E-MAIL
The AQD will be communicating significant updates via e-mail. The AQD has established a Listserver
which you may subscribe to to receive automatic notification via e-mail of any changes in reporting requirements, web portal
errors, or other information related to MAERS.
To receive updates, subscribe to the MAERS Listserver: DEQ-AQD-MAERS
To subscribe, send an e-mail with only this in the subject line and body of the e-mail:
SUBSCRIBE DEQ-AQD-MAERS FirstName LastName (your first and last names).
To unsubscribe, send an e-mail with only this in the subject line and body of the e-mail:
SIGNOFF DEQ-AQD-MAERS
If you subscribe to the Listserver, please make sure to add LISTSERV@LISTSERV.MICHIGAN.GOV to your "safe senders" list to
ensure the Listserver e-mails do not get blocked as spam.
CONTACTING YOUR MAERS REPRESENTATIVE
As in the past, If you have technical data related questions regarding MAERS
emission reporting issues, please contact the DEQ, Air Quality Division District Office serving your area. Although you
may call or use e-mail, e-mail is preferred as staff schedules vary.

REPORTING ISSUES WITHIN THE MAERS SOFTWARE
If you experience any problems with the web-based MAERS system, please report software issues within the MAERS Facility
website by clicking on the "Report Issue / Comment" link at the top of the page.
