State Owned Sites Environmental Cleanup
The State Owned Sites Cleanup Program was established under Public Act 380, Section 20108c.| It resides in the Remediation and Redevelopment Division of the DEQ with other land cleanup programs. Any site owned or operated by the State of Michigan that has become or does become environmentally contaminated must be reported to the State Owned Sites Cleanup Program.
