Brownfield/USTfield Site Directory

The Brownfield/USTfield Site Directory contains property information about state funded cleanup and redevelopment sites, state owned sites, and some sites which have had BEAs submitted to the DEQ for redevelopment purposes.   Searches can be done by county or district.  This directory is not a list of all potentially or actually contaminated properties or brownfields in Michigan.

Lists of known facilities (including the Brownfield and USTfield sites) can be found be searching the following databases:

Part 201 sites are listed in the Part 201 Site Search.

Part 213 Leaking Underground Storage Tank and Part 211 Underground Storage Tank site lists can be found in Featured Online Services.

The Waste Data Systems database may also be helpful in determining site locations.
