The Part 201 & Part 213 Cleanup and Redevelopment Program Redesign information related to program aspects other than cleanup criteria proposals have been removed from the webpage after the legislative action on part 201 was concluded in December 2010.  The cleanup criteria redesign proposals will be pursued as rule revisions.  A stakeholders process on a draft rule package is expected to begin mid-2011.
