PUBLIC MEETING, PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS OF THE CONSENT JUDGMENT AND COURT ORDERS REGARDING THE gELman sciences, inc. site, ann arbor, washtenaw county. DEQ staff will be holding a meeting at the Haisley Elementary School,  825 Duncan, Ann Arbor, MI regarding a May 4, 2009 proposal from Pall Life Sciences, Inc. (PLS) to amend the Consent Judgment and associated Court Orders for the Gelman Sciences, Inc. Facility, a site of environmental contamination located in parts of Scio Township, Ann Arbor Township and the City of Ann Arbor. Written comments should be received by June 8, 2009, and sent to Sybil Kolon.

The meeting will be held at the Washtenaw Intermediate School District, 1819 S.
