Wayne County
Wayne County Land Bank

Detroit- 12001 Broadstreet, (Ward 14, Item 12215-6). Great commercial development site, vacant lot. Owned by the State of Michigan, Land Bank Fast Track Authority.

Detroit-
Several industrial and commercial properties are owned by the Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority. Contact the Brownfield Redevelopment Coordinator for more information on site acquisition. 

The following properties are owned by the City of Detroit, Real Estate Division.

21402 Schoolcraft, Detroit. Just off of 1-96 and Outer Drive. Excellent location for light industrial, office, or commercial, large lot with available property surrounding.

Franklin Twp.- Former DM Party Store site, M-50 and Pentacost Highway. Nearly 3 acres of M-50 frontage property. Currently owned by the Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Track Authority. Former gas station and restaurant, unrestricted residential closure, property zoned commercial.
