Allegan County
City of Allegan- Former Rockwell International. 1999 CMI project, now complete and ready to be redeveloped as Prospect Point.  Contact the Allegan City Manager for more information on this great opportunity. 

Muskegon County

St. Joseph County

Leonidas Township, MI 30880 M-60 in downtown Leonidas. Parcel ID #75-008-037-107-00. Former service station. 2002 CMI project- tanks were removed. Excellent location for new business.   Currently owned by Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority.

Three Rivers, MI   Excellent brownfield and USTfield sites are available for redevelopment in the vibrant community of Three Rivers and the surrounding townships. See their website at: http://www.threeriversmi.org/.

Berrien County

Watervliet Township, MI Former general store, gas station. Corner of Paw Paw Lake Road and Hagar Shores. Great potential commercial or residential redevelopment (pending groundwater investigation) opportunity near Paw Paw Lake. 2002 CMI funded site. Tanks removed in April 2005.

Watervliet Township, MI 8897 Red Arrow Hwy, Watervliet Township. Great location on main highway into Watervliet. 2002 CMI funded project. Phase I complete and tanks removed. May be eligible for brownfield incentives.    Contact the Watervliet Township Supervisor at 269-463-5113 for more information on both of these properties.

Benton Harbor, MI Former Broadway Service Station, 901 Broadway. Excellent location for new small business in mixed commercial/residential area. Tank removal completed in 2001.

Benton Harbor, MI Former Empire/Broadway Service Station, 295 E. Empire. Right across the street, this location would be perfect for a new office or other commercial business.
