Picture 1 shows all wells drilled in Lower Michigan, including dry holes. There were a few wells drilled in the Upper Peninsula, but there are no producing wells there so that part of the State has been left off.
Pictures 2 is a composite of pictures 3-5 showing all wells that are currently producing or used for gas storage.
Picture 6-15 shows wells by geologic formation. Many of these wells are plugged now, but dry holes were not included in these pictures. County mapsare also available. On these maps you can zoom in and see individual wells and permit numbers.
Many other maps are available from the Center for Geographic Information web site.
