Michigan's Ionizing Radiation Rules

The Ionizing Radiation Rules of the State of Michigan govern the receipt, possession, use, and disposal of state-controlled radioactive material.   These rules can be viewed or downloaded from this location. State-controlled radioactive material includes naturally-occurring and accelerator-produced radioactive materials. The various parts can be downloaded in Adobe Acrobat PDF Format.
