Annual Wastewater Reporting (AWR) Requirements Suspension Continues for Reporting Year 2010

As the limited staff resources and tight budgets continue, the MDEQ will continue the suspension of the AWR Program. Accordingly, until further notice, the requirement to file an AWR on or before August 1st of each calendar year hereby remains suspended and will not be enforced by the Water Resources Division, MDEQ. In the event that circumstances change, you will be notified in writing prior to the resumption of any reporting requirements for the AWR.
