Part 5 Rules: The  administrative rules for Part 31, Water Resources Protection, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended, were filed with the Office of the Great Seal on August 23, 2001; effective date August 31, 2001. We hope to arrange, with the DEQ's Environmental Science and Services Division, seminars regarding the new rules in the near future.
