As You Sow Corporate Responsibility Program - Since 1992, As You Sow has been transforming corporate behavior by utilizing capital markets, shareholder leverage, and innovative legal strategies to create a more socially and environmentally just society. The Corporate Social Responsibility Program promotes corporate responsibility by engaging publicly held companies to adopt more progressive social and environmental policies - using the power of ownership to promote positive change. The program engages in dialogue with selected companies, file shareholder resolutions, build coalitions, and conduct shareholder education initiatives to raise awareness and promote more responsible corporate behavior. As You Sow is a non-profit organization.

Harvard Business School Corporate Social Responsibility: Strategies to Create Business and Social Value - Designed to help senior executives integrate social responsibility with corporate strategy, CSR explores the political consequences of investment decisions. Participants learn how to improve economic performance while contributing to society.

International Information Programs - Progressive companies today are recognizing that maximizing profits is not all that should matter in their business practices: companies also should contribute to the broader public good and treat their employees, at a minimum, with dignity and respect.
