Wells that have been plugged and approved, orphan wells, and terminated permits do not add a company name.
Wells that are active, producing, or otherwise unplugged do add a company name.

For the Production list:
Any company that reported production to us in the state year is on this list with their totals for the year.

Counts only includes oil and gas wells actually drilled and not yet plugged.
If there appears to be a discrepency between this report and the company report above, it's because this report lists the owner of the wells, the other report lists the operator of the wells.  Some companies operate other companies wells and report production for them.  Production is listed under the reporting company.
