This directory was compiled by the Environmental Science & Services Division in cooperation with the Michigan Environmental Laboratory Association, Air Quality Division (AQD), Remediation and Redevelopment Division (RRD), Waste and Hazardous Materials Division (WHMD), and Water Division (WD) of the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ). The directory is available in PDF format and can be viewed with the acrobat reader available free from Adobe. The purpose of this directory is to help Michigan businesses, local units of government, environmental consultants and the general public find laboratories that offer environmental and drinking water laboratory testing services to meet specific needs. This directory includes listings for in-state and out-of-state environmental and drinking water laboratories based on their analytical testing capabilities and services. The table below shows the generic environmental and drinking water test categories which form the basis for information found in the directory.
