The objectives of this study were to characterize changes in the Pigeon, Pinnebog, and Shebeon watersheds' total phosphorus (TP) and soluble reactive phosphorus (SRP) export with changes in land use. In addition, this study determined E. coli water quality standard (WQS) compliance, and identified (to the best of our ability) portions of the watersheds that contribute E. coli to each respective waterway. To that end, specific land use types were targeted to investigate the potential for E. coli contamination.
