DEQ Will Be Closed Six Days This Summer

sorry we're closed sign The Department of Environmental Quality, as with most Michigan state government offices, will be closed for six days this summer to accommodate the temporary, unpaid furlough of state employees. DEQ offices will be closed on:

Friday, June 19
Monday, July 6
Friday, July 24
Friday, August 7
Friday, August 21
Friday, September 4

Environmental emergencies may still be reported to the DEQ's Pollution Emergency Alerting System (PEAS) at: 1-800-292-4706
