Who We Are, What We Do

The Office of Environmental Assistance (OEA), previously the Office  of Pollution Prevention and  Compliance Assistance (OPPCA), provides pollution prevention and technical assistance, information, education, and financial assistance to further improve environmental quality.  The OEA emphasizes "green" technology, including pollution prevention, public infrastructure improvements, environmental restoration and protection, and compliance assistance.
