The Drinking Water Analysis Laboratory offers services for the analysis of drinking water quality. These services include all physical, chemical, and microbiological testing procedures currently used for this purpose by state and local water supply programs.

Laboratory Notifications

Effective October 1, 2025, the following change will apply to Drinking Water Laboratory operations:

Samples submitted to the lab for Microbiology analyses such as E.coli and Total Coliform will no longer be accepted on Fridays.

These sample submissions can still be submitted in person Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm or shipped overnight Monday-Wednesday to arrive by Thursday.
