Please do not bring a copy of this to the exam since it is being provided on the examination itself. This sheet was created in conjunction with the Advisory Board of Examiners and the Subject Matter Experts in every exam category.

The U.S. Postal Service postmark or a postmark from an independent delivery service (U.P.S., Federal Express, DHL, etc...) will be used to verify that the application has met the deadline for submission. Postmarks by private meter stamps (such as Pitney Bowes) cannot be used as proof of meeting the deadline.
