    Groundwater Discharge

    Michigan Groundwater Discharge Program

    The Groundwater Program regulates the discharge of wastewater to groundwater and the storage of hazardous materials under Part 31, Water Resources Protection, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended.
