Environmental Purchasing

Environmentally Preferred Purchasing (EPP) A Memorandum of Understanding between the Michigan Department of Management and Budget (DMB) and the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) has created a statewide purchasing partnership to increase the use of Environmentally Preferred products in state government.
