The Tuition Incentive Program, currently being administered by the Department of Treasury, encourages high school completion by helping to pay college tuition and mandatory fees for eligible students. They must apply before high school graduation or GED completion.  For eligibility guidelines contact the Bureau of Student Financial Services within the Michigan Department of Treasury.
