Summary

The development of nationwide EBT operating rules will be a dynamic and evolving process that demands input from all EBT Stakeholders involved in the delivery of benefits. The EBT Council continues to seek the input and expertise of federal program agencies, states, private sector organizations, customers and all EBT stakeholders. The council is dedicated to providing a forum for the exchange of EBT-related information and assimilating new technology into the framework of operating rules.
