To Request A Reasonable Accommodation

A Reasonable Accommodation is a logical adjustment made to a job and/or the work environment that enables a qualified person with a disability to perform the essential duties of that position. Reasonable Accommodation (RA) can be, but is not limited to changes in the work schedule, in the job structure and work equipment. To be reasonable, an accommodation should be necessary, effective and related to the job or activity in question.
