Transitional Supportive Housing is safe, decent, transitional supportive housing coupled with supportive services as needed to assist domestic violence survivors and their dependent children. Housing shall be provided seven days per week, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Group Supportive Counseling is the coordination and provision of support groups to focus on thes dynamics of domestic and sexual violence. Client participation is voluntary.

Individual Supportive Counseling is one-on-one counseling that is and assists clients in resolving problems stemming from issues related to domestic and sexual violence. Client participation is voluntary.

Twenty-Four Hour Hotline is the availability of trained staff by telephone 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to provide crisis counseling, guidance, emotional support, information and referral, etc.

Personal Advocacy is assisting clients in securing rights, remedies, and services from other agencies, intervening with other agencies/systems to ensure sensitive and effective responses, policies and procedures relative to domestic and sexual violence. Client participation is voluntary.

Support Services are voluntary services available to clients and their dependent children. Services may vary and shall be tailored to the individual need of each client and their children. Client participation is voluntary.

• Lifeskill Development: Provide skill-specific services including, but not limited to, nutrition and basic meal planning, CPR and health, financial planning and budgeting, and parenting education.
• Client Development Seminars teach clients parenting skills on an ongoing basis including, but not limited to, alternatives to corporal punishment and encourages a no-hit policy, age appropriate expectations, parent as a role model, choices and consequences, and display of greater parent/child affection and trust.
• Specific Assistance: Provide clients with financial resources for items such as prescriptions, transportation, security deposits, living expenses, medical appointments, security systems/modivications, utilities, household furnishings/supplies, etc., to address the specific needs of the client.
• Employment Services assist clients in gaining necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to secure employment suitable for maintaining independent living. Services shall include, but not be limited to, developing and completing resumes, interview preparation, and obtaining clothing appropriate for work environment for which they are applying.
• Children's Services provide residential children's services and programming to assist in adjustment to the shelter environment, provide a safe and caring place, ensure active participation in the continuation of educational services, and encourage positive peer interaction.
