The Michigan Department of Management and Budget's central purchasing office implemented a new solicitation notification system on January 27, 2009. This system is located at www.Bid4Michigan.com.
Effective December 1, 2009, all Michigan Department of Human Services (DHS) contract solicitations will be posted on the Bid4Michigan site. Solicitations posted at the current web site (http://www.michigan.gov/dhs/0,1607,7-124-5455_7199---,00.html) before December 1, 2009, will remain there until they expire.
DHS encourages all bidders to register in the new system immediately so they can continue to participate in State of Michigan bid opportunities and receive email notification of bids if they so desire. Bidders will be unable to access bid attachments until this registration is complete.
