CHILD CARE

To apply for a new child care registration/license or renew a registration/license, use the child care license applications below.

Online Family Child Care Home Application (1-6 children) - Original

In addition, please print and read the Licensing Rules for Family and Group Child Care Homes or the Licensing Rules for Child Care Centers and 1973 PA 116 prior to submitting your application. 

ADULT FOSTER CARE

Due to a high volume of pending AFC applications and the Division's limited resources, an AFC applicant can expect a waiting period of approximately 6 to 12 months before an original AFC license may be issued. Waiting periods may vary depending on complaint activity, workloads of local health authorities and the Bureau of Fire Services, and the timeliness of applicant compliance.

CAMPS

To begin the application process, please submit the site and program applications, the required fees and the BCAL-1326 on the camp administrator.
