The very nature of PowerPoint is to add a visual component to a live presentation or speech. The capabilities of PowerPoint allow users to add music, animation, graphs, charts, pictures, colors and more. But to make the information accessible to people with visual impairments, those creating PowerPoint presentations must make sure their presentation is understandable, readable, usable, and navigable for everyone.
