Project Approval

The Approval process is used after a DIT project has been approved through Gate 2 and is ready for project approval.  A separate review by the Project Board is not required at this stage.  After the Project Charter has been validated, it will be used as the signatory document between and within DIT and the clients.  Once signed, the project moves into the project planning phase and project tracking.  The Project Administrator and/or the Portfolio Liaisons will be involved in the project for project tracking.
