This risk assessment framework provides the Web application development community within the State of Michigan with a common approach and categories for determining the level and severity of risk presented by applications made available to the general public, business partners, governing partners, or employees over the Internet.  In each risk category combinations of protective measures are identified that match each risk categories with currently available and acceptable risk mitigating technology.
