Who should participate?

Suppliers of product and IT services who want to do business with the State of Michigan. All proposals are reviewed by members of our leadership team.

Under the Horizon Program, vendors and suppliers have access to the state’s objectives and priorities in advance, helping them ensure that their products and services meet the state’s needs. The program also provides improved and greater access to decision makers – vendors and suppliers are plugged into the state’s IT decision makers from the start.
