Does the Horizon Program review staff augmentation solutions?

No. The Horizon Program offers access to suppliers who want to showcase their products and technologies. Suppliers offering staff augmentation should apply for access to the Start (Short-Term Augmented Resource for Technology) program offered by the Office of Contracts and Procurement.
