Michigan Career and Technical Institute to Graduate 164 Students - News Release

July 9, 2009 The Michigan Career and Technical Institute (MCTI) in Barry County will be graduating 164 students from throughout the state on Saturday, July 11, 2009.  Operated by Michigan Rehabilitation Services within the Michigan Department of Energy, Labor & Economic Growth, MCTI provides vocational training in 12 different career areas for adults with disabilities.
