May 29, 2009 - The Michigan Commission on Spanish Speaking Affairs (COSSA) will meet in a public session on Friday, June 5, 2009 for a Regular Commission Meeting. The meeting will be held at Northern Michigan Health Services, 10767 Traverse Highway (M-72 W), Traverse City, Michigan 49684 .
