MPSC Approves Settlement Agreement Authorizing SEMCO Energy Gas Company's 2009-2010 Gas Cost Recovery Factor for Battle Creek Division

The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) today approved a settlement agreement authorizing SEMCO Energy Gas Company (SEMCO) to implement its 2009-2010 gas cost recovery (GCR) factor for its Battle Creek Division.

The utility is authorized to implement a base GCR factor of $6.5490 per dekatherm for its Battle Creek Division for the 12-month period ending March 31, 2010.

SEMCO and the MPSC staff participated in the settlement proceedings.

The MPSC is an agency within the Department of Energy, Labor & Economic Growth.
