Under general authority granted the Commissioner in Section 23(1) of the Banking Code of 1969, it is required that a record be maintained at the main office of each bank which will list the current business affiliations, both corporate and unincorporated interests, of each director and executive officer.

These records will serve to expedite examination procedures and are to be made available to representatives of this Bureau on request.
