FINAL DECISION

The Administrative Law Judge issued a Proposal for Decision dated July 31, 2003. She recommended the suspension of any and all licenses or registrations held by the Respondent under the jurisdiction of the Insurance Code and other sanctions as appropriate. Neither party filed exceptions.

The findings of fact in Proposal for Decision are supported by a preponderance of the evidence and the conclusions of law are supported by reasoned opinion. The Proposal for Decision is attached, adopted, and incorporated by reference into this Final Decision.

The record reflects that the Respondent has one agent license issued by this agency. Given his persistent failure to respond to inquiries by the Commissioner, the revocation of his license would be appropriate.

Therefore, it is ORDERED that the Respondent’s insurance agent license is revoked.
