Reinstatement

Resident Adjuster Reinstatement

You can qualify for reinstatement if your license has been inactive for less than 2 years before March 1, 2002, or less than 1 year after March 1, 2002. If your license has been inactive longer than that, you will need to follow the directions for resident first time licensing.

  1. Adjuster Application
  1. Application Fee & Fee Processing Card
    • $15.00 non-personal check or money order payable to State of Michigan
    • FIS 0223

Non-Resident Adjusters for the Insured

You can qualify for reinstatement if your license has been inactive for less than 2 years before March 1, 2002, or less than 1 year after March 1, 2002. If your license has been inactive longer than that, you will need to follow the directions for non-resident first time licensing.
