I want to take this time to tell you that the Commission is moving towards becoming a paperless agency! Soon, phone orders and faxes will be outdated.

LINE
ORDER SYSTEM.

in our Lansing Office. Some of the items to be discussed at the open meeting are changes to the split case policy, increasing minimum case orders and instituting a charge for returned/refused orders.
You are welcome and encouraged to attend and be a part of these discussions prior to a final decision by the Commission.
