The primary responsibility of the Manufacturers and Wholesalers (M and W) Section is to license and regulate non-retail entities who manufacture and distribute beer, wine, and mixed spirit drinks in this state. M and W operates primarily from the Lansing office and can be reached at 517-322-1415 at any time during normal business hours.
