Manufacturer & Wholesalers Section License & Permit Types
Vendor of Spirits - Company selling spirits to the Commission. This is neither a license nor a permit. The Vendor of Spirits must register all products with the Commission, file price quotations, contract with an Authorized Distribution Agent to deliver their products and license an individual as their Vendor Representative.
