December 7, 2008 - This MIOSHA program is designed to help employers ensure that their organization complies with MIOSHA recordkeeping requirements as contained in MIOSHA Administrative Rules Part 11, Recordkeeping and Reporting of Occupational Injuries and Illnesses. In addition to learning and understanding the "recordability" of work-related injuries and illnesses, attendees will actively participate in a group exercise to complete the MIOSHA 300 log, 301 and 300A forms.
The Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA) Consultation Education and Training (CET) Division offers seminars, courses and workshops statewide. These programs have a small fee and are open to general public attendance. The MIOSHA program is part of the Michigan Department of Labor & Economic Growth (DLEG).
This seminar offers CEUs/Maintenance points and is part of the MIOSHA Training Institute (MTI) Level 1 certification program. For further information, please visit the MIOSHA website at www.michigan.gov/mioshatraining.
