This bill would amend the Public Health Code to require each state licensed nursing home to conduct a resident satisfaction survey annually. These surveys are to be completed on forms provided by the department. In addition, each licensee must post the results of this survey in a conspicuous spot in its offices, accessible to residents, employees, and visitors.
