| MI 360 is a development tool for all levels of management and is designed to give state employees an opportunity to offer structured feedback to their supervisors about their leadership style and behaviors. Its purpose is to help make our workplaces better, to encourage open communication, and to foster continuous leadership development. The MI 360 was developed with input from dozens of employees representing every state department, and is tied directly to the four core values from Vision and Values: Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Inclusion.
