MI 360 is a development tool for all levels of management and is designed to give state employees an opportunity to offer structured feedback to their supervisors about their leadership style and behaviors. Its purpose is to help make our workplaces better, to encourage open communication, and to foster continuous leadership development. The MI 360 was developed with input from dozens of employees representing every state department, and is tied directly to the four core values from Vision and Values: Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Inclusion.
MI 360 will be launched within DLEG in October, 2005. Managers and supervisors will attend an orientation workshop then invite their feedback providers (direct reports, supervisor, peers, and others) to complete an online survey tool. Survey responses are anonymous and all survey results are confidential. Feedback results will only be shared with managers and supervisors at a Feedback Workshop.
