Program Statement

The Michigan Department of Labor & Economic Growth no longer has authority to enforce the provisions of the Condominium Act or the Administrative Rules. The remaining responsibilities of the Department are:

 

  • to create the Condominium Buyers Handbook,
  • to forward complaints to the developer, and
  • to provide the complainant with information on the remedies that are available to them through the Condominium Act.
